Business Goal: As a result of business expansion and newly launched events worldwide, the desktop and mobile applications needed substantial enhancements in localization features. This included scaling through automation aligned with industry standards, leveraging APIs, and developing adaptable configuration capabilities.

As Lead Product Manager, I collaborated with engineers to establish a technical localization strategy that provided scalable solutions, aligning with our broader business objectives.
My role involved coordinating with diverse teams and translators to prioritize features and requirements for the software’s internationalization, ensuring support for multiple languages and regional nuances, including character sets and date formats.
Leveraging translators’ expertise in languages like Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish, I guided the project with cultural awareness, focusing on delivering content that resonated naturally in each language with consideration to regional specifics.
The project emphasized automated, scalable, and adaptable solutions with API and feature prioritization geared towards developing flexible systems for content management and configuration.
