Conference Navigator is the key to managing your in-person conference experience. This app puts the conference at your fingertips, whether at home, on the go, or while at the conference enjoying a session.

Business Goal: Revamp and re-build. Remove third-party/vendor-based dependency, and bring the app in-house with a modernized and cohesive UI/UX design.

My Role

Lead Product Manager

As the Lead Product Manager, my primary role involved shaping and implementing the strategy for the minimum viable product (MVP). This process included evaluating feature parity, neogitating requirements, and engaging in both funtional and technical discussions to control scope creep and adhere to budget constraints.

My responsibilities extended to collaborating closley with UI/UX design leads, leading requirement gathering workshops, and drafting functional business requirements. A significant aspect of my position involved a tight collaboration with lead engineers, where I was tasked with guiding the product roadmap via technical discussions, monitoring the development timeline, addressing technical hurdles and managing edge case requirements.

Following the product’s launch, my focus shifted to managing business configuration onboarding, working alongside the QA team for User Acceptance Testing, and conducting readiness workshops to ensure a smooth launch.

In the post-launch phase, I have been steering the product’s long-term roadmap and its feature enhancements. My role involves ensuring sustained planning and execution over multiple years while maintaining a robust executive presence. This includes engaging executives in strategic discussions informed by usage metrics, ensuring their continued involvement and alignment with the product’s trajectory.
